Delete Your Data
Important: Bird Master: Aviary stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect or store any data on external servers. Your data is entirely under your control.
What Data Does the App Store?
The app stores the following data locally on your device:
- Your sightings log (birds you've recorded with dates and locations)
- Quiz scores and learning progress
- Birds marked as favorites
- App settings and preferences
How to Delete Your Data
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. Choose one of the following methods:
Method 1: Clear Data in App Settings (Keeps App Installed)
- Open your device Settings
- Go to Apps or Applications
- Find and tap Bird Master: Aviary
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage
- Confirm the action
This will delete all your sightings, progress, and settings while keeping the app installed. You can start fresh with a clean slate.
Method 2: Uninstall the App (Complete Removal)
- Long-press the Bird Master: Aviary app icon on your home screen
- Tap Uninstall or drag to the uninstall area
- Confirm the uninstallation
This will completely remove the app and all associated data from your device.
No Cloud Data
Because Bird Master: Aviary does not sync data to any cloud service or external server, uninstalling the app or clearing its data will permanently remove all your information. There is no server-side data to delete.
